Holiday Craft Fair-November 14, 2009

Policies and Guidelines

1.     Exhibitors are expected to keep their areas neat, their displays fully stocked, and their merchandise within their assigned areas.  However, we request you do not move or remove any merchandise, tables, boxes, etc., that are not yours.  If there is a problem, please see Mary Super.

2.     You may set up Friday and/or Saturday.  Many exhibitors unload on Friday and unpack on Saturday.  Please do not arrive before 6:30 p.m. on Friday.  Exhibit areas will not be ready for you to set up prior to 6:30 p.m.  Check in at the office before you set up.  Exhibitors who have not checked in or otherwise contacted us by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday will not be allowed to set up.

3.     There will be no early breakdowns.  Exhibitors are expected to remain until 3:00 p.m.

4.     We suggest the use of table covers.  The public will not be allowed in the fair until 9:00 a.m.  You may want to keep your display covered until then.

5.     State law prohibits any smoking in the building or on the school grounds.

6.     All crafters must park in the upper side parking lot from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on fair day.

7.     We request that crafters do not sell baked goods or have raffles.

8.     We request that crafters do not distribute political or religious materials.  All items that are displayed for sale on school premises will require approval by a member of the PTTF Craft Fair Committee.   Any items that are deemed inappropriate will be removed immediately.

9.     There will be a $15.00 charge per space for cancellations received before September 30th.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.  Refunds will be mailed after November 24th.

10. Exhibitors who do not conform to these guidelines will be asked to correct the problem or leave without a refund.  Any exceptions to these guidelines must by approved by Mary Super November 13th.
